No Governing Body to control Property Management Companies

Despite many of the Property Management Companies carrying the ARMA logo – this isn’t a governing body.
If you have a concern regarding the lack of services being provided, you can advise ARMA, but this is only after you have come to a dead end when complaining to your property management company.
