Solitaire Reserve Fund Charge

I’ve been going through a lot of the paperwork that I have received from Solitaire Property Management and wondered if anyone knows what the “Reserve Fund” charge is and what it is for on our bills. I pay nearly £100 per year into this ‘Reserve Fund’ and always get another bill at the end of the year saying the fund was short please pay more. Has anyone visited the new Solitaire Property Management website which is due to be launched soon? You’ll notice that now, on the bottom of the page it mentions it is part of the Peverel Group Company! Reports on Solitaire

We’ve been receiving reports from Solitaire customers who have complained about them via this website and the petition and amazing work has started to be done! Now this may just simply be coincidence after this website was setup to name and shame them that something has been done.
