It would appear that our friends Solitaire Property Management are quite intent on ensuring that they are seen to be acting in the best interest of their clients, and their new website www.SolitaireCustomerFeedBack.co.uk is meant to be the direct route to the top.

Personally, I am 100% confident that they are slightly concerned by the facts that customers keep posting on The TruthAboutSolitaire which brings to light their shortfalls.

Why am I confident I hear you say?  Well google ‘the truth about solitaire’ and see the sponsored link to the SolitaireCustomerFeedBack website.

So Solitaire are prepared to pay to ensure that their website is listed above TruthAboutSolitaire.

Now this is where a bit of fun comes into it – if all visitors to TheTruthAboutSolitaire google the above phrase – click the SolitaireCustomerFeedBack link – it ends up costing Solitaire money for every unique click!

Everyday – clear your internet history, and click it – and lets see how long it takes for them to remove this piece of advertising!

If they want money off of us, lets make them spend some of it!

    I purchased my new flat in September this year, paying 6 months service charges in advance to Solitaire. Much to my disappointment they have failed to provide any so-called ‘service’ whatsoever in the last 3 months, leaving communal areas with paint on the carpets, wood-shavings not vacuumed up,etc. This has been in this state since I moved in, and it is now December!

    I have called Solitaire to resolve this matter, and have been told that they my payment, although it is sitting in an account and hasn’t been allocated to my block! And therefore, no cleaning is being carried out! This service is disgraceful and they have clearly made no effort to contact me to resolve this, or the developer!

    Think I’m going to contact my neighbours and do everything I can to change management companies before it’s too late!

    Great website by the way…someone needs to get rid of Solitaire!!

    I would seriously like to get in touch with other folk in the Priddys Hard area of Gosport who have issues with Solitaire and look at alternatives.

    I have just submitted a complaint on the Solitaire website, their customer service is non existent.

    My first post on this site and it is shocking to see how many people are being affected by the shoddy ‘service’ not provided by Solitiare.

    We have lived in our apartment for nearly 4 years and the service not provided by Solitaire is nothing short of crap!

    Following our recent letters from Andrew Billson, we decided to send him a letter recorded delivery along with items of previous ignored correspondence. We have clearly stated in there that we will not be paying our invoice dated 01/04/09 until they respond and provide a breakdown for this. Can you believe they just sent an invoice and an insurance cover certificate, the cost we feel was made up by Mickey Mouse!

    Also, I have posted two messages this week using the online solitaire customer feedback form. After my second message posted only yesterday (in which I ranted how crap they were for ignoring my first message and referred them to your lovely website!), I have finally received a response and our so called Property Manager has actually emailed me back..I am shocked..I thought they were something from Greek Mythology as ours left around 2 years ago and was apparantly never replaced until now..She may however come to regret replying to me! I have forwarded her a copy of our letter to Andrew Billson but this is where I believe her contact will end as she will not doubt revert to the well known Solitaire ignoring mode!

    It could be worth everyone else submitting complaints online if only to add to the mountain of evidence against them. Maybe everyone submitting a complaint should also refer to this website – hopefully someone at Solitaire mught actually take a look! :-)

    Watch this space….although it may take a while!
