I have to laugh….

Is the title to this post a bit random?  Well it’s intended to be.  No, I’m not laughing at Solitaire Property Management, but more at the way in which people are finding TheTruthAboutSolitaire website.

We run Google Analytics – which advises how people are visiting the site, what they typed into which search engine to find us and things like that.

You will be surprised that in the last 24 hours the following search engine terms have been used to find TheTruthAboutSolitaire:-

  • Hate Solitaire Property Management
  • Solitaire Complaints
  • Lee Middleburgh
  • Solitaire Property Management Rip Off
  • Solitaire Property Management Fraud

It certainly goes to show what Solitaire Customers certainly think of Solitaire Property Management, to be searching for these phrases.

In addition, I would like to thank Ewan – for suggesting two other organisations that we should submit the current report we are building – both were very interesting and I think will make a big impact.

    Talking about having to laugh, this is the standard blurb you get back when emailing a contact at Solitaire.

    ‘Thank you for your email. All incoming correspondence whether by email,

    fax or post is dealt with strictly in date order and you should receive

    a full and considered response within 10 working days.

    Be that as it may, all repairs and maintenance work and urgent issues

    will be processed as a matter of priority.’

    Bless…..this is the stuff of dreams. Responses are never given within 10 days nor are maintenance issues processed as a matter of priority! Who are they trying to fool!
