&#039;Thank you for your email.  All incoming correspondence whether by email,

fax or post is dealt with strictly in date order and you should receive

a full and considered response within 10 working days.  

 

Be that as it may, all repairs and maintenance work and urgent issues

will be processed as a matter of priority.&#039;

Bless.....this is the stuff of dreams. Responses are never given within 10 days nor are maintenance issues processed as a matter of priority! Who are they trying to fool!</description>
