We’ve undertaken a bit of investigation into why our service bills are now stating we send payment to a new address in Luton, rather than Barnet. Having looked at the Peverel OM website, it would appear that they are located in Luton (see their contact us page) and it’s the same address as that on the Solitaire invoices, for payments to be sent too. Since the BBC Watchdog broadcast, TheTruthAboutSolitaire website has been receiving many hits from other property management agents – who are obviously keen to find out more about the experiences of Solitaire Property Management / Peverel clients.
