We’ve received a couple of e-mails from employees of Peverel, who have been named in contributors posts and experiences that have been highlighted – asking for their names to be removed from certain posts. Following the success of yesterday’s BBC Breakfast broadcast on Peverel Group / Consensus Business Group, the BBC were inundated with responses and said that it had resulted in one of the biggest email responses they had EVER had. We understand from our friends at CARLEX that the BBC Breakfast program will again be discussing The Consensus Business group and for CBG to apologise for Ian Rapleys ‘geriactric’ comment, tomorrow (20 Nov). Apparently they have been overwhelmed with responses and is the reason for the follow up! Not only were Peverel featured on the BBC Breakfast program this morning, they later also featured on the BBC2 Working Lunch Program. We’ve just come across the following blog of Peter Reynolds, who contacted Peverel following Ian Rapley’s comments on the BBC Breakfast program about the Carlex Group being a bunch of ‘Dribbling Geriatrics’. Alledgedly, Peverel when asked to comment advised Mr Reynolds that they were disgusted by the way he behaved and in fact said that he is not part of their company, but part of their ‘owners’, Consensus Business Group.
