BBC Breakfast News Report

The BBC Breakfast program ran a piece on the CarlexUK Campaign, which Consensus Business Group immediately tried to surpress, by saying that it was a small group of serial complainers!
As the CarlEX website say’s – “The Consensus Business Group are clearly in denial about the size of this campaign – even though they do not know actually how many residents and developments are involved”
This attitude by the Consensus Business Group is pure arrogance and personally, damages all of the things that ‘Andy’ has said on this website and backs our claim that Andy’s contribution is purely to protect the brand of Peverel / Solitaire Property Management.
If it is just a small group of ‘Serial Complainers’ as the Consensus Business Group say, why don’t they deal with the ‘Serial Complainers’ Complaints then! This really isn’t the best way to talk about your customers is it, the customers that pay you money, so that you can live in nice big house (without fees) and drive fancy cars!!
I’d suggest to anyone that is associated with the Consensus Business Group, Peverel, Solitaire Property Management and any other of their guises, that you simply undertake a Google of ‘Peverel Complaints‘, ‘Peverel Retirement Home Rip Off‘, ‘Solitaire Property Complaints‘ – to see just how many people feel the same.
If we were in a minority, why are there websites suchas TheTruthAboutSolitaire and CarlEx, that are inundated with responses from your customers complaining about the same things!
If you live in a Peverel Retirement Home or any Peverel Property, please e-mail bbcbreakfast@bbc.co.uk and tell them your story.
The BBC actually mentioned they were behind the CarlEX campaign and would explain recent hits to TheTruthAboutSolitaire, that originated from the BBC.

I also watched with horror the report on Breakfast this morning. I live in a PeverelOM managed development and I am currently struggling with their incompetance. I have a couple of letters I have written i can share with you and other readers of this website if that would be of any benefit.
I have a meeting with one of their regional managers on Monday to try and describe to me where my money is going … should be interesting. Where do I send my info to?
