Burns Avenue Part Two
By admin | November 26th, 2009 | Category: Past Articles | No Comments »We’ve been contacted by a resident at Burns Avenue, to follow up our first posting ‘Burns Avenue Residents Distress‘ – following Andy’s claim, that the photo’s originally posted were out of date.
Below is the correspondence that we have been asked to publish, with photo evidence, to back their claims that Solitaire are lying.
Dear Admin
I’ve just received a letter today from the Regional Property Manager at Solitaire in relation to my recent letter to them about planting.
“Turning to the comments made on the website the pictures taken by you, with respect the photos are, I am told very old and these areas have now been edges and pebbles supplied, the area could not be planted out due to its location as there would have been insufficient moisture to support plants”
Admin – Its is 9.39am and i have just taken these photos from outside my flat – please can anyone tell me should i go to the opticians, because i really cannot see how my patch of grass has been edged and pebbles supplied.
With regard to the comment that “the area could not be planted out due to its location as there would have been insufficient moisture to support plants”. Please see some plants which are 40 footsteps away from my patch of grass (sorry, that’s the only way i could measure the distance and i’m a size 5). Are you telling me that this very small distance, is all the difference to be in the WRONG LOCATION?? I guess so!!!!
I GIVE UP!!!!
Andy – do not bother even replying to my post – you have got nothing to say that i want to hear!!
We look forward to hearing from Solitaire’s / Peverel’s Online Feedback Manager – ’Andy’ in regards to his response to the above.
