I wish you would not have censored my word as I am very well converse with the meaning and able to defend myself in any court of law. I may not write grammatically correct or spell properly what do know preciously what it means. It is high time someone told young Vincent the truth about the root problem so he can make changes or he may be leading towards going bust with a tag as 21 century scrooge or some say ruthless, rip off landlord.

(Sorry folks I have been using different names n.v, Nic.V as I am/was having problems using my name and e-mail on the site, even my own MP e-mails were bouncing back but he has explanation but our admin does not have yet. My letters to my MP were not even received. This is just one of the hurdles I jump in my everyday life which I just laugh it off)

Mr. Vincent Technequiz is accepting the responsibility that is music to my ears,however, it makes me doubt whether his words can be trusted. Only way he can save his name is too replace the staff with new, who works from their heart and mind to serve the leaseholders especially the weak and vulnerable.

I have often labelled Peverel as bullies who have school boy mentality. Folks I was wrong. The response/ no response from Lee Middleburgh is adding doubt that Peverel staffs may not have faculty to feel that we are human beings who are suffering due to their action/ non action.

In my opinion, young Vincent’s staffs are ticking most of the boxes of *********. Bullies suffer from low self esteem and do not have structured and calculating mind who can be brought down if one faces them but there is very little hope against someone who is always blaming the very person they’re abusing for personal gratification.

Furthermore, Peverel/Solitaire may offer settlements to a few of you but people like me, an Indian women of 62 there is nothing on the offer or acceptance they are at fault. I am coming to conclusion that they are prejudice as per “Oxford Dictionary” listed in my entry on 8th October 2009 under The Times Newspaper Coverage. I feel the Insurance company, contractors and Peverel may have worked together to reduce the valve of my property by inappropriate testing, dampness followed by contamination and now playing the waiting game so I may go bankrupt or forcing me to sell for nothing. The water leak started in December 2006 which is 3 years ago. It could lead to chain reaction and I lose everything else while others pocket are getting lined up with cash profit on many levels

Most probably Vincent is old enough to my son or grandson so I sincerely wish him the very best and the highest life style one can have with my blessings. However, he must be prepared to keep his word and steer the company he owns to a trustworthy and caring corporation. I would like him to leave his name in history as one of the great men who lived his life to full while offered the best service to his clients whether they are young or old, male or female, rich or poor and regardless of their status in the community.

Once again, Vincent I am requesting an appointment with you and would prefer you to visit my flat and then make your staff, contractors along with insurance company accountable or I will carry on screaming till I “go blue in the face” and end up in my final box of resting. This old lady, “serial complainer (dribbling geriatric)” is not for turning and trust me my word is my bond.

He hasn’t learned and I for one am not holding my breath that he will learn whilst he can keep taking £millions each year from the very same people he was accused of, and admitted, ripping off over four years ago. There will be pretence of reform but that is all. He will have to be reined in by strong legislation. That is what CARLEX is aiming for.

His response to the letter to him of 27th November from CARLEX will be interesting, assuming he can be bothered to reply. I am not aware that he has ever answered letters addressed to him in the past.
