Burns Avenue – Solitaire’s Response

Andy’s response was as follows:-
Dear Admin and Burns Avenue resident,
Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated the situation at Burns Avenue.
We are sorry for the length of time it took to obtain our photos. However, I can assure you that at the time of the last ‘Burns Avenue’ post (26.11.09), the work had been carried out.
As you can see from the nineteen photographs posted here, the gardening work has now been completed by our Landscapers to bring the site back to the expected standard. I have stated where on the development each photograph has been taken.

It’s encouraging that once again, when a problem is brought to the attention of Solitaire via TheTruthAboutSolitaire, something gets done about it. However, why must it come to this in the first place?
At last i have found that i am not alone, Solitaire are single handedly the biggest ripp off, fraudulent, money grabbing, gready property mangement company i have ever encountered. I have only to scan the london property pages to find that the “services charges” i pay, in Rural Essex, are equivilent to that of a conceirge service in Cental London. I hope they choke on their roast beef at the christmas party, I seem to pay for it every year!!!!
