I am also an enthusiastic reader of TTAS. You guys do a fantastic job. A commitment to the exposure and ultimately the demise of Solitaire/Peverel is a worthy goal in life.

I would like to see some sort of FAQ page. There are lots of questions relating to problems with Solitaire for which a step-by-step answer would be helpful. I know there's never an easy answer and not always satisfactory solutions, but there are organisations to which lessees can turn and some have teeth. Some can provide useful advice. Probably the best source of advice are the contributors.

So what are possible questions? What do I do when they don't reply to my email/letter/phone call? What should I do when I discover they're overcharging me for insurance or services that were never performed? How do I go about getting RTM? What should I do when I get an unjustified demand? What if I simply refuse to pay? What advice would you give about seeking publicity? What's the difference between LVT and RPTS? Can ARMA's ombudsman service help me? Can I use the Small Claims Court? Just a few possible questions. I'm happy to play a part, if you think it's a good idea.

Admin! Archives Drop Down!! FANTASTIC!!! Wish we had the same kind of proactively from Solitaire when we ask for something (that we are well within our rights to ask for!) to be done let alone for "extra stuff" like this!

Admin, Could the site search functionality be extended to cover the Posted Comments too? Once a Post goes into the Archives it's hard to track down specific comments that you know are there but just can't find them! There's a LOT of useful information on this site and this would help everyone to use it in a beneficial way! Just another thought! Thanks

Agreed. Makes it easier to keep up with recent comments posted, as we can now see the last 15, rather than the last 5 as it used to be.

Admin, the extension to the \Recent Comments\ is excellent as it's an easy way to see who's got something to say! TTAS is literally the first web page I look at EVERY morning, but sometimes, particularly over weekend it can be left for a day or two - the extended list will help us in keeping up-to-date with what people have to say!

Thanks for your efforts and I'm looking fwd to the future enhancements that you mentioned as this will prove a good tool in addressing ALL our issues with Solitaire / Peverel / Consensus Business Group (...or whatever they are deciding to call themselves at any given time?)
