E-Mail Format for Solitaire / Peverel

We received an e-mail from an employee, who requested that we removed their name from a posting on TheTruthAboutSolitaire.
What was interesting to identify, was that the format of the employees e-mail address had changed, from that which had previously been listed on TheTruthAboutSolitaire.
Originally, Solitaire’s e-mail addresses were firstname.surname at solitairegroup.co.uk, but now, it appears their addresses are ‘firstnamesurname at solitairegroup.co.uk’.
Therefore, if you are trying to contact your property manager, why not try the above structure e-mail address and see if it gets through.
Don’t forget the website ‘ReadNotify.com’ – whereby you can send an e-mail and have confirmation that it has been read and had attachments open.

For people new to this site I’d like to personally reassure you all that we are listening and, most importantly, working to make things better.
If anyone is trying to contact their property manager and, for whatever reason, finding that the normal approach via our Customer Services team is not working for them then I am here to help!

Since early December, I have sent several emails (specifically on 9th & 24th December, 18th & 27th January) to the Property Manager (his initials being MP) for my development (I’ll remind you that my account ref. is 86102010039), and all were copied to yourself. Both MP and yourself have sent “Read Receipts” back to all my recent emails, but neither of you has actually managed to send a reply…..
In my recent email to MP (copied to you) on 27th Jan, I wrote:
“Andy” – can you look into this as well. All my recent emails to Mr. P…. have been copied to you, so you should know the details of the on-going issues here as well as Mr. P…..
But apart from “Read Receipts”, I’ve heard absolutely nothing…..
To quote you, from your comment above: “My job is to put your concerns and constructive feedback in front of the right people. I don’t have all the answers myself, but every blog post and comment is taken very seriously”. Shame the same can’t be said about emails you receive. Totally ignored (apart from sending “Read Receipts”) would appear to be the case, as far as emails are concerned…..
So, please don’t waste all of our time with your posted comments on here saying that you are “listening”, and “working to make things better”, because frankly I consider that to all be a load of old cobblers….. And I suspect I’m not alone in this view…???
Communication (or often, total lack of…) has been a bug-bear with Solitaire for as long as I can remember. The numerous emails I’ve sent MP recently warrant a reply, if not from him then from yourself. But nothing appears…..
I’ve just sent MP yet another email (on a new issue this time), and it’s copied to you as always. You can’t miss it, as the top part is in large, bold, red text, in the hope that it might actually provoke a reply. But I won’t hold my breath…..
So, please stop making hollow statements on here, and actually deliver on what you have promised.

“Andy” – I see you have read my latest email, as sent to MP yesterday evening & copied to yourself. MP has also read it – both of you have (as usual) sent the “Read Receipts” back to me.
The button you are now looking for in your email software is the one marked “Reply”…..

I’ve established today that the reason why the Property Manager for my development hasn’t replied to several emails I’ve sent to him (dating back to 9th December 2009…) is because he is having major issues with the IT in his home office….. To the point where the IT boys from head office have paid him a visit. But as he hasn’t received the latest email (sent 9pm Monday evening, 1st Feb), I guess the IT boys haven’t fixed it…..
Curious though that of the 5 emails I’ve sent him (and he hasn’t seen), I’ve had “Read Receipts” back on all 5….. So the email system is knackered to the point where recipients aren’t receiving them, yet the “system” still manages to send the receipts back, therefore giving the impression that the email has reached it’s intended recipient, who has then sent the receipt themselves…..
So, if anybody else out there is getting increasingly pi55ed off due to lack of replies to emails, perhaps your Property Manager is also having similar IT problems…..
I can confirm though that “Andy’s” email is working, having had a reply from him today…..
