		<description>I&#039;ve established today that the reason why the Property Manager for my development hasn&#039;t replied to several emails I&#039;ve sent to him (dating back to 9th December 2009...) is because he is having major issues with the IT in his home office.....  To the point where the IT boys from head office have paid him a visit.  But as he hasn&#039;t received the latest email (sent 9pm Monday evening, 1st Feb), I guess the IT boys haven&#039;t fixed it.....

Curious though that of the 5 emails I&#039;ve sent him (and he hasn&#039;t seen), I&#039;ve had &quot;Read Receipts&quot; back on all 5.....  So the email system is knackered to the point where recipients aren&#039;t receiving them, yet the &quot;system&quot; still manages to send the receipts back, therefore giving the impression that the email has reached it&#039;s intended recipient, who has then sent the receipt themselves.....

So, if anybody else out there is getting increasingly pi55ed off due to lack of replies to emails, perhaps your Property Manager is also having similar IT problems.....

Communication (or often, total lack of...) has been a bug-bear with Solitaire for as long as I can remember.  The numerous emails I&#039;ve sent MP recently warrant a reply, if not from him then from yourself.  But nothing appears.....

I&#039;ve just sent MP yet another email (on a new issue this time), and it&#039;s copied to you as always.  You can&#039;t miss it, as the top part is in large, bold, red text, in the hope that it might actually provoke a reply.  But I won&#039;t hold my breath.....

So, please stop making hollow statements on here, and actually deliver on what you have promised.</description>

If anyone is trying to contact their property manager and, for whatever reason, finding that the normal approach via our Customer Services team is not working for them then I am here to help!
