TTAS Technical Issues

TheTruthAboutSolitaire have been and are still experiencing issues that are affecting us adding new posts to TheTruthAboutSolitaire.
Please do not think that we have stopped updating the site, we are simply trying to fix issues that have been ongoing for the last two weeks.
Apologises for any inconvenience caused and we hope to be back online as soon as possible!

Well, our friends at Peverel often seem to suffer from “technical issues” – especially when it comes to accounts. Seems to be catching….. Admin – are you suffering from “admin errors” as well…???
Perhaps “Andy” is also having problems – might explain why he STILL hasn’t replied to the email I sent him last Monday evening (22nd Feb).

well I reported a tile missing on my roof In Novemebr 2009. Still awaiting it to be fixed been through 2 lots snow and so much wind and rain. Solitiare go from bad to worse. They are not a joke as they are far too expensive for that.

As I have said earlier on this thread Solitaire manages a large number of properties, so to answer each individual complaint that is posted on this site can be very difficult, if we cannot identify who you are and the development which your issue relates to.
Please feel free to email me directly at: andy.solitairepm@peverel.co.uk regarding your tile problem and the details of your development and customer reference number. I will bring it to the attention of the Solitaire Senior team and come back to you with a detailed response.

“Andy” – isn’t the whole point here that Janet reported a missing tile in November, and yet it still hasn’t been fixed…??? It should not take involvement from you to get trivial maintenance matters like this sorted out in a reasonable timescale – and more than 3 months for a missing tile is NOT reasonable. Why hasn’t Janet’s original report been acted on already? What is the Property Manager for her development doing…???
Oh, and you STILL haven’t replied to the email I sent you last Monday (22nd Feb)….. And don’t fob me off by saying you need details of the property before you can issue a reply – you know who I am. You managed to send the Read Receipt for the email back on the next morning, so I know you’ve received the email…..

Admin, are you having problems or is it on my side only?
Last year after posting entry under Lee Middleburgh tag I started to have problems and could not put entry on my name. Please see posting:
Have Proof That Solitaire / Peverel Have Read Your E-Mail
December 3rd 2009, under the name N. V. (I could not post under my name)
Peverel / Solitaire’s MD – Lee Middleburgh
December 3rd 2009, under name nic.v. ( no longer could insert under the name N. V. or Nicky Vogg)
Problems were resolved.
Once again I put entry for Lee Middleburgh 14 March 2010 and problems are back.
Yesterday I put entry at 12.22 on tag CARLEX also on YouTube
Soon after that all the tags got frozen except 2 and I could not open tag for Lee Middleburgh to insert an entry.
I tried again after 5 PM. All the tags were working and inserted the entry for Lee Middleburgh but somehow all the tags got frozen again at 5.02 and my entry got pasted by itself under the tag “CARLEX also on You Tube”. All I was doing complaining to Andy of my e-mails are being rejected.
There is a change since last year as I could not use my name and this time it is taking me to another tag which was used last time.
I hope the problems are resolved today.
