Hi Admin,

In reference to buying and selling you have a valid point, however, there is another side to it.

The site TTAS are representing the past and present problems but forcing the future opening for growth and regeneration in the property market sector. Thanks to you all, the "digging" to start “weeding” is already started. Obviously, it is going to be a very slow start when the momentum gathers it will be fast and furious.

Any buyer would know the timing is good before the market surges up and the sites like yours are hunting grounds for future rich pickings.

Question is not if but when PMC is going to be sorted out for once and all then properties prices will rise.

I feel press is just waiting for the right time to expose exploitation to its full extent and I am wating for the new dawn.

Hi Andy,

I have received my e-mail , as listed below, back without the header which was Dear Andy

from postmaster@pmsl.local ( in orange colour)

In my experience one only gets the massage of rejection with dates and details not the whole text of the send message with out the header. I am being forced to put this entry on the internet so the problem can be resolved.

Could you please tell me what size e-mail is accepted by your box. Below text is not enough to be rejected and was sent just to 2 of you. Yesterday mail did go through as there is no rejection notification has been served which had 2 attachments.

Andy I need explanation so the on going problem can be resolved .

Most of the text of the rejected e-mail received back without the header ( Dear Andy):

It seems yesterday e-mail has gone through with attachments with the e-mails I have addressed first time to you both.

Firstly I received e-mail from the solicitor as addressed above.

Then it got changed to the e-mail when I was replying got bounced back as :

andysolitairepm@peverel.local

cbsp..cer@peverel.local ( 2 letters are taken out to give confidentiality)

I need to understand why some e-mails can be sent and receive.

Some e-mail I sent back as reply bounce back and I have not made any changes to the e-mail address. Please see underneath of my e-mail getting rejected and addresses are different.

Some I can send but go missing and are not received.

.................

I will be replying to 2 of you last posting soon and then try to wind down in order to focus on the sale of my flat.

What do think if my flat is gone near enough price that will reduce the liability? Perhaps someone keeps that in mind and have a word who wants to harm me and are abusive to keep away or removed so the justice can prevail.

The longer my case remain unsolved more it is having consequences all around.

Admin,
Thank you for highlighting this video of Melissa Brigg's speech which I watched over the weekend. Most of the issues are the same although retirement properties seem to have even more opportunities for creative fleecing.

Admin,

Have you thought of providing service for buying and selling?

I would like to see 3 services on offer. I saw one of the ads on the site providing software to insert information and was free for first month.

1.	Property for sale
2.	Property for renting
3.	Tendering or Auctions or and others.

In my opinion you will offer a real service.

As you are aware I am going to tender my flat and already in the process to have a link ready for others to access papers like accounts, lease and buyer info pack and so forth. I will also offer 3 open days for viewing. My ad is going in the news paper for tendering.

I will be delighted if you advertise for me so others can visit the site to use the link to get information perhaps you can charge them nominal fee or charge me for each click.

There are plenty of properties of our own contributors cannot be sold.

I believe it is jolly good cracker of an idea which will bring dividends for all around.

[ADMIN EDIT]
Hi Nicky

In fairness, we do not believe that advertising properties for sell would be beneficial for either the homeowner or TTAS. Mainly for the fact that, those of us that are tide to Peverel / Solitaire and have reported their failings, would not really encourage anyone to buy our properties, let alone for homeowners to attract tenants to their rented properties.

Would you want to live in a property that is badly managed by SPM / Peverel? The answer is likely to be No and is the reason for the above.

However, it goes to show that Peverel / SPM do not only have the power over badly managing our homes, but also are stopping us selling them.

Neil,

I agree entirely with your comments regarding Peverel's real customers.

Two interesting articles in the Times "Bricks & Morter" Section about new developments in Stratford, East London and the Heron in the City. It states that "Overseas buyers, especially from the Far East, may be leading the way. Cate Dodkin, of Foxtons (I think they were bought by CBG & then sold again?) says ' People from the West End of London usually get a nosebleed if you take them further east than Holborn, but now they are coming out here and are impressed - and they are buying, as are buyers from Europe and China."

Wonder who will be the Property Managers? The buyers could be in for more than a "nosebleed"!

The same section of the newspaper also highlights the problems hat are facing second home buyers in Paris. Parisian authorities are by all accounts cracking down on people who rent second homes without official permission. Failure to do so can lead to a criminal record and fines of as much as £23,000 a day for illegally subletting their property. Perhaps we could take a leaf out of the Parisian authorities' book in how we here in the UK deal with Developers and Property Managment Companies who fail to manage responsibly.

Yes, we must all work together : TTAS, CARL, CARLEX and the individual.

Thanks TTAS,
I agree that the only way to change the situation is for us to work together: the individuals involved, TTAS, CARL, and CARLEX. We are all suffering under a common problem.

It seems to me that Peverel aims its marketing at its customer base. No we are not the customers, we are the victims. According to its own web site the customers of OM Property Mgt are: Barratt Homes, Bellway Homes, Berkeley Homes, Charles Church, Crest Nicholson, David Wilson Homes, Persimmon, Redrow, St. George Plc, Swan Hill Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Telford Homes & Ward Homes. I bought my house from one of these and (the original) OM had co-written the lease. We bought off plan and the developer simply lied to us about the service arrangements. We only discovered this when the solicitor presented us with the contract to sign. As well as Parliament we have to aim our campaign against the developers.
