In November 2009, following an investigation by Hampshire Fire & Rescue, we publicised the successful prosecution of Solitaire Property Management for failing to comply with fire safety law. We have to chuckle everytime we see a posting by Solitaire’s ‘Online Feedback Manager’ Andy, mainly because most of the time he attempts to portray SPM / PPMG in a good light, only to open up a whole new can of worms.
