Despite the claims of Peverel that things are improving since they have taken over the Solitaire Property Management, County Estate Management and replaced them with other ‘brands’ such as OM Property Management and Stonedale. On the 13 February 2010, TheTruthAboutSolitaire reported on City Height’s LVT Victory against Peverel Group, which awarded the families a draft amount of £187, 573.53 to be paid back to them by Peverel Group.
