One of the companies that has recently contacted us is ‘BlocNet Ltd’ who are now also listed within the TTAS Directory Page.
What encouraged us to approve BlocNet’s request to be added to TTAS was because, prior to the company being established – they had also suffered the pain of unethical management companies and wanted to provide a service to customers, that we all expect.

A very belated reply to your posting, but only just seen this website. I have experience of working with BlocNet for nearlt a year now and would highly recommend them. I’m director of our residents association company and after suffering for years at the hands of our old managing agents, leaseholders got together and voted to terminate their service and employ the services of BlocNet and, I must say, we haven’t looked back. BlocNet are honest, helpful, genuinely concerned for their clients and transparent in all their transactions. And unlike our previous managing agents they reply to your emails, and return your calls.
