A TTAS contributor contacted us yesterday to advise, that during their personal battle with Solitaire over a disputed account (which has been passed onto PDC debt collection) – it transpires that allegedly both Solitaire and PDC have breached the Office of Fair Trading’s (OFT) guidelines for debt collection in a number of areas.
