Seasons Greetings from everyone at TTAS

TTAS would like to wish all our supporters, contributors and contacts a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
This year has certainly been an enlightening one and we hope that 2012 will bring much happiness to all residents that are suffering at the hands of under performing managing agents – namely OM Property Management associated companies.
TTAS promises to continue to promote awareness amongst leaseholders and owners of freehold properties throughout the UK, that are being taken advantage of.
Finally, some good news for Peverel staff.
For those staff who are planning a holiday in 2012, both Thomson and First Choice are offering redundancy protection with their holidays. So now, you don’t have to lose your job and your holiday at the same time!
Isn’t that nice!
Hmm, but would they let you book a holiday if they found out who you worked for?
………and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone one at TTAS.
It is interesting to note that OM’s ‘all singing all dancing’: ‘job raised’, job accepted, job done??, ‘job paid’ web site did not carry a similar banner to all its clients.
Just too busy congratulating themselves on all the ‘prizes’ and ‘commendations’ they have received the latter end of this year, I guess.
With an award of the ‘bestest’ web site known to man/womankind I would have thought it would have been so easy to have added a little greeting during the month of December and any other month, for that matter, that may have a significant festival connected to Peverel’s clientbase.
Remember – according to Ebbtide Partners (Michael O’Donnell) news item – Peverel manages 11% of standard leasehold properties and 44% of leasehold retirement properties. So one of my New Year’s Resolutions is to make my contribution to lowering those percentages by the end of 2012.
I wonder of Peverel’s 2012 resolution is to come out of Administration?
Sorry – ‘everyone at TTAS’. And ‘no’ I have not started the New Year celebrations yet!
