After browsing the Internet for other residents views on Solitaire Property Management, I found numerous Yahoo links to people complaining about the services and attitude of Solitaire Property Management.

Therefore, as a resident of a property that is maintained by property management company “Solitaire Property Management Ltd”.  I wanted to create a website that would allow other home owners that are contracted to Solitaire Property Management, to discuss their services and performance.

Personally, I am disgusted by their attitude towards their residents.  Since moving into my new property and paying Solitaire Property Management over £3000 during that period, my yearly fee’s have almost doubled, we don’t get hardly any of the services they say we get and the only time I ever here from them is when they want money!

I have sent numberous photographs, videos to Solitaire via E-Mail, I have recordings of the telephone converstations that I have made to them, and yet they still charge thousands of pounds for a service they don’t provide.

This blog is not only my personal views, but I also want to hear from other people that have problems with Solitaire Property Management.

Update – August 2009

TheTruthAboutSolitaire has now been online for over a year and during that time, we have certainly raised the profile of Solitaire Property Management’s capability to not do their job properly.

It’s been astonishing that the problems are nationwide, yet they all share the same outcome: lack of services, increasing charges and lack of communication.

During the past twelve months, we have identified that Solitaire Property Management, Peverel Property Management, County Estate Management, Estates & Management along with a lot more companies, are part of the same company called The Consensus Business Group.

This in itself is a major coup for TheTruthAboutSolitaire, as had it not been for the website, nobody would be any wiser to this fact!

Also, the BBC and major news papers such as the Daily Mail have all ran articles of mismanagement by Property Management Agents, the BBC Watchdog program sadly didn’t mention Solitaire Property Management, but their company logo was easy to see, although the Daily Mail have actually named Peverel Property Management!

MP’s from across the country have also contacted Solitaire / Peverel and of late Paul Clark (MP for Kent) is awaiting a meeting with Lee Middleburgh (MD of Peverel / Solitaire).

TheTruthAboutSolitaire is the only place to visit if you are buying a property that is associated with Solitaire / Peverel or if you want to share your views.  Solitaire / Peverel only appear to respond to complaints that are raised via our website, which says it all really!

Futhermore, it is with great pleasure to also advise that today Channel 4 News also broadcast a feature on the Consensus Business Group, of whom Solitiare, Peverel and others are a part of.  So it goes to back our reasoning for this website, that if they did their job properly, they would not be being brought into the public eye by media companies.
