The new look TTAS is certainly working as yet another development contacts us in regards to concerns that they have with OM Property Management.

This time it’s a resident of Waterford Place in St Helens that has told us about how service charges for their property were meant to be £450 per year for an area to the side of their property that is shared, which then resulted in Solitaire (or OM Property Management as they are now known) then asking them to pay £1300 to reduce a service charge deficit of over £13,000.
