Comment Moderation Procedure

When we have been asked by Peverel to moderate a TTAS contributors comments, we will now follow the following procedure prior to comments being amended:

  1. We will contact the contributor who’s comment has been brought to our attention by Peverel and advise them of the reasons for why we have been asked to moderate the comment.
  2. The contributor then has 48 hours to respond and justify the ‘contentious’ comment.  We will then consider these facts and where applicable we will then forward a response to Peverel explaining the reason for not undertaking moderation.
  3. In the event that a contributor fails to respond within 48 hours, the comment will be moderated – but have reasons for the moderation stated.  These reasons will be ‘word for word’ as per Peverel’s instructions, to enable the contributor to understand the reason for the moderation.
We hope that in doing so, it will allow TTAS to continue being the voice of all Peverel leaseholders.
