Following the success of yesterday’s BBC Breakfast broadcast on Peverel Group / Consensus Business Group, the BBC were inundated with responses and said that it had resulted in one of the biggest email responses they had EVER had. Which makes a mockery of Mr Rapley’s original comments that the complaints are from a minority of ‘serial complainers’. You would think that following today’s BBC Breakfast broadcast that has attracted many visitors to TheTruthAboutSolitaire today and over 2000 on the CARLEX website, that ‘Andy’ (Peverel’s Online Feedback Manager) would be posting to tell us their side of the story. Yet again, Peverel / Consensus Business Group were publicised in the press and this time, it wasn’t just a newspaper! The BBC Breakfast program ran a piece on the CarlexUK Campaign, which Consensus Business Group immediately tried to surpress, by saying that it was a small group of serial complainers!
