Grim Update From Fortune One (City Heights)

Peverel Group Still Yet To Pay A Penny

On the 13 February 2010, TheTruthAboutSolitaire reported on City Height’s LVT Victory against Peverel Group, which awarded the families a draft amount of £187, 573.53 to be paid back to them by Peverel Group. Three months on and we’ve received an update from City Height’s, which is listed below:- Update from Fortune One (City Heights) Since the Judgement in Feb 2010 the team leading the City Heights LVT report they have not yet received one penny from the Peverel Group in settlement of their case.
