Andy has recently commented that the new ‘Out of Hours’ Service being provided by ’Careline‘  (yet again, another associated company of Peverel / Solitaire / Consensus Business Group, based at Solitaire / Peverel offices in Worcester and Hampshire) will end up costing residents an additional £5 for the service.
