There will be numerous visitors to TTAS that purchased a newly constructed property direct from the developer, but how many of them would have been told “the truth about” how the development would be maintained by the developers sales people?

Today, we present our findings as to whether developers are continuing to ‘mis-sell’ property management, when prospective buyers contact them.

TTAS has seen an increase in messages from residents that have asked us about what can be done to escape from Peverel / OM Property Management related companies.

Only yesterday did we receive over ten messages from residents from all over the UK that asked us for advice and is the reason for today’s post.
