Introduction: We are a Residential Block Management Company based in Kingston upon Thames, serving the surrounding areas of London and the Home Counties. We offer a complete, bespoke management service to our Clients and we pride ourselves above all on the quality of service we provide. We have an extensive Client testimonial area on our website which we hope reflects the level of service we provide to our Clients. Our Client base is made almost entirely of Residents Management Companies or Right to Manage Companies. We do not work for Building Developers as we believe that it is only residents who should be allowed to decide on the management arrangements. We have more recently specialised in assisting residents to take control of the management of their buildings via the Right to Manage procedures. We have now become very experienced in this area and have successfully completed the process against many of the largest and well known management companies in the country. We have recently made use of a little known legal loophole which makes it much easier for residents of multi-block estates to complete the RTM process. We offer our services in setting up the RTM free of charge so long as the residents agree to use us as the new managing agent and would welcome queries from interested residents. We are also members of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA); as such all of our business is conducted in accordance with both codes of practise
